Delivery rates are set by the royal mail postal service. All rates are that of the current first class parcel weight ranged prices. Each item will be added as a weight in grams and a price will be calculated based upon the royal mail rates. An order will be the combined weights of all items so you will not be paying for each items delivery individually but all as one package. We at Tuckys Anime will ensure that all parcels/orders will be sent within 1 business day of payment clearing. We take every precaution needed to ensure your items are sent in pristine condition however there may be times when the item/s can be damaged in transit, if such an eventuality should occur please immediately inform the post office of the damage. Compensation for lost or damaged items, up to £41 is applied to all first class packages and so you will be reimbursed from the post office. Tuckys Anime will have a record of every order sent and a proof of postage to help both ourselves and you if the post office require it. For more information on post office insurance policy go to (tuckysanime@hotmail.co.uk) within 48 hours of receipt of goods before further action is taken. In relation to clothing, cosplay costumes and backpacks we advise the buyer to check as soon as goods arrive as we cannot refund these items on wear and tear within the first 30 days of the purchase. Make sure the item you buy can meet the specification and demands for what use or activities you plan to use it for as any damage caused by the user will not be refunded. In relation to refunds, pending further inspection and given that Tuckys Anime is responsible for any damage, we aim to give a refund within 2-3 business days of the end of the case. For returns we will respond with a return address to send your goods to in our response e-mail from the initial flagging of a discrepancy. As for all refunds they will be processed through paypal and so you will not be charged extra for fees incurred. The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only.
