Q. How long does the order take to arrive?
A. Each first class parcel has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days delivery however over high traffic periods like Christmas and snowy weather give it 2-6 days.
Q. If my order doesn't arrive what can I do?
A. We have to give your order 14 working days before we can do anything, however it is advised that if you haven't received anything after 7 working days to contact us via e-mail. If after the 14 days there is no sign of your order we then have to initiate a search with royal mail and both ourselves and the buyer will have to apply for compensation/lost parcel recovery. Q. How do I know if an item is in/out of stock?
A. All items displayed on the site are in stock now. If an item is sold out the product wont have the add to basket option and will show up as out of stock. Not to worry though we daily remove the out of stock items so if we don't have anything in it doesn't stay up for long. If you see something but we don't have it in stock anymore please send a request and I can re stock the item for you.
Q. How often is your stock updated?
A. Dependent on sales etc we aim to get stock in once every 3 months or so on slow times but we may get a new order every 2 months if sales are good. All stock updates are announced on our Facebook group so keep your eyes peeled there for any news.
Q. How soon after my order will my goods be posted?
A. We post a.s.a.p. As soon as we receive payment for an order usually within 1 hours it’s packaged and posted. We send an e-mail to confirm dispatch for all orders however please check your junk as some e-mail accounts will filter us out as junk because I use a Hotmail account this is very important as I have had a few communications lost because of this.
Q. Are all your products real or fakes?
A. All products on Tuckys Anime are official and made by licenced manufacturers. In the product descriptions we put the manufacturer so you can see there the real deal, as well as the majority of goods come with official tags and packaging. We are against the sale of any fake anime goods as it destroys the anime industry and fake goods aren't made to health and safety standards so you'd be putting yourself at risk with fake goods. Q. I have noticed some goods with SD written on them and I wondered what does SD stand for?
A. SD stands for Super Deformed. Not deformed as in your item will arrive in the shape of a banana or a dodecahedron or even be stitched onto another item, no, it usually just means the items design has something like a big head on the character kind of like a Chibi character.
